Blue Planet Organics Reveals the Anti-Arthritic Qualities of Shea Butter

Shea butter has stigmasterol which is an effective ingredient in the relaxation of muscles.
This is why Shea is often used as a massage cream, and to relax muscles. It also helps to soothe the inflammation associated with arthritis. Stigmasteral is also known as the stiffness factor, and it is an element found to relax muscles, and repair injuries from swelling and when muscles become tense. The primary component of stigmasterol is phytosterol. Stigmasterol is a plant sterol and it is an inflammation mediator. Stigmasterol has been found to inhibit pro-inflammatory mediators. These pro inflammatory inhibitors play a role in cartilage degradation. Thusly this stimasterol plant sterol found in Shea butter has shown to have anti-arthritic properties, by inhibiting pro-inflammatory mediators.

There is a book called The Wulzen Anti-Stiffness Factor: How Stigmasterol Can Help You Feel Better, Look Younger, Be Fitter, And Spend Less On Health Care by Daniel Byers which outlines more on stigmasterol. There are many uses for Shea butter but this is an ideal use for people afflicted with arthritis or simple stiffness in the body. Even people who work in cold environments, Shea maybe a good addition to relax the area of the body that is stiff.

Shea comes in an unrefined raw form organic form that can be used in DIY recipes but in it raw unchanged state it can be a easily uses arthritis product and not just beauty product. The Shea butter can be found by typing blue planet organics in Amazon search and that a person can locate current and future products by typing blue planet organics in Amazon, Google, Bing, Facebook or youtube search.

Blue Planet Organic Produces Acne Relief with Shea Body Butter

Shea butter has anti-inflammatory properties which reduces acne. It is often used on the skin to help heal damage and replenish collagen. Additionally, Shea butter has anti-inflammatory properties, which combats and reduces acne-inflamed skin. It is best to use unrefined Shea though.  We produce organic unrefined Grade A Shea butter. It is the best type of Shea butter as there are no fillers or additives and it is Shea in its purist form as refined Shea makes the butter less effective.

It is best to begin by clearing the skin with Blue PlanetOrganics Clay mask to start. The product pulls the bacteria, dead skin, and any toxins deep below the skin. Once a person’s skin is clean then apply the SheaBody Butter. Shea is a non-comedogenic, which means it does not clog the pores, and it is easily absorbed within the skin. We suggest that a user apply a thin layer on the acne affected skin and leave on for the day. Dermatologists say unrefined Shea is not only anti-inflammatory but also anti-bacterial which is key to inflamed acne skin which is often clogged with sebum and dead skin cells. It is imperative for a user to thoroughly clean the skin either with a sodiumbentonite clay mask or at least a medicinal cleanser with salicylic acid which is good to clean oily skin.

When applying the Shea butter to the affected acne area it is best to either use a cosmetic makeup sponge, first aid gauze, even a cotton round, but at least thoroughly clean your hands. A person doesn’t want to re-introduce bacteria from the hands, so a person gets the desired acne skin relief effect with the Shea. You can apply the raw Shea straight from the jar or follow a simple recipe. We suggest a simple recipe. Melt two ounces of Sheabutter in a double boiler then add 15 drops of lavender oil and 10 drops of lemongrass essential oil and let it cool down in a jar. Then apply as normal to the skin. Do this procedure daily at night about an hour before bed so the Shea can absorb into the skin. This should be done for several weeks to a month until the acne is gone and the acne scars are reduced. This has shown to be very effective with users and it is a low cost natural way to relieve oneself of acne and acne scars.

An acne sufferer will need to stop using body moisturizer with humectants ingredients like propylene glycol and hyaluronic acid and mineral oils which are petroleum based oils. A user should also not used parabens such as butylparaben, methylparaben, and propylparaben. These parabens are used as a preservative in cosmetics and beauty products to extend the products shelf life. These product fillers and preservatives will clog a person pores which proves to be problematic with acne sufferers. Natural products like coconut oil and essential oil like sesame, grapeseed oils also can clog pores and are not recommended for acne sufferers.

Essential oil which help against acne are Basil, Bergamot, Birch, Cajuput, Camphor, Caraway, Cedarwood, Chamomile, Eucalyptus, Garlic, Grapefruit, Immortelle, Juniper, Lavender, Lemongrass, Myrtle, Niaouli, Patchouli, Petitgrain, Sandalwood, and Tea Tree. A user can get additional information by typing Blue Planet Organics in google, bing, facebook search, or Amazon search.

Blue Planet Organics Announces the Initial Release of Organic Shea Body Butter for the Skin

Blue Planet Organics has traveled the world and found the best of nature

Shea Body Butter has numerous uses to mend, repair, heal and moisturize the skin.Shea Butter is from the karite or “Shea” tree. It is a nut and it grows naturally in the “Shea Belt “region of central Africa. Blue Planet Organics indicated that their Shea comes from Ghana Africa. The collection and production of the Shea nut is primarily done manually with all human labor. The process is to harvest the green fruit with the nut inside. The best of the nuts are then grounded with a mortar, pestle, or between two stones. In some cases this is done with a mechanical mill until ground into a brown paste. The paste is heated again until the rising oil is separated. This oil is the unrefined Shea butter. Blue Planet Organics only uses unrefined grade A Shea butter. Other over the counter refined Shea’s healing qualities are removed with by this further refining process.

There are numerous uses of SheaBody Butter. The butter has been used in Africa for centuries, but only fairly recently has it found its way into the west. Shea butter is a widely known for its anti-aging attributes. Shea has an abundance of Vitamin A, E, D and F, essential fatty acids, and allatonin (a product of uric acid that promotes the healing of skin wounds and infections). These vitamins can help regenerate the skin cells and promotes elasticity. Blue Planet Organics and labs have tested Shea over time and the product indicates that if it is regularly applied it has been found to regenerate collagen. Collagen is an extracellular protein in the skin (bones, teeth) and forms strong fibers and connective tissue between skin cells. Hence more collagen provides a more youthful skin as it also provides moisture and nutrients that the skin needs. This make this product a true anti-aging product and a natural one.

Additionally,  Shea is also known to relieve acne, burns, stretch marks, diaper rash, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, hair rejuvenation, insect bites, poisonous plants, muscle aches, and as a daily skin moisturizer. We at Blue Planet Organics know Shea butter is a unique and very effective product for the skin and many conditions that it can address. Consumers can see details regarding the product by going online at Amazon and type nettohome or at facebook for more details, or type Blue Planet Organics in google or bing search engines.
